Qedara Contract Management

A clear path from document to action

Documents, AI-assisted review, signing and obligation tracking. You verify the information and decide what comes next.

01

Prepare a document

Upload PDF or DOCX, start from a template or create a native document. For a draft from a description, choose the workspace entity and language, review the preview and complete unanswered questions before saving.

  • Original sources and native drafts are different document types.
  • AI drafting supports Romanian, English, Spanish, German, French and Italian; you can request one or two languages.

02

Review with evidence

Analyse the contract, ask questions, compare documents and review against a playbook. Use the extracted clauses and source passages to support your own review.

  • A risk score is an indicative assessment, not a legal opinion.
  • An analysis report describes an analysis; it is not the original contract or the signed PDF.

03

Prepare and sign

Prepare the document for signature, select recipients and send invitations. Recipients follow the signing flow with email verification. Retrieve the final PDF and evidence after completion.

  • Review the exact version before sending it for signature.
  • A signed earlier version does not make a later version signed.
  • Uploaded sources, prepared PDFs and signed PDFs remain distinct.

04

Follow the relationship

Use counterparties, contract families, obligations, renewal dates, the Action Center and portfolio views to organise follow-up. Send feedback or support requests from the application.

  • Use Company Intelligence and diligence when enabled for your workspace.
  • Atena Offers assists with offers and commercial comparisons; review the facts and assumptions.
  • Automatic invoicing through Graph and Start is not enabled in the production release described here.

Your contracts already know what comes next.

QCM helps you surface the clauses, obligations, risks and dates hidden inside them.
