The service

Qedara Contract Management provides document upload, native editing and templates, AI-assisted drafting and review, comparison, electronic signing, and tracking of contractual obligations and renewals. Partner intelligence and offer analysis depend on workspace access, configuration and quotas. The service is provided to businesses and professional users.

Your account and workspace

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials and for the actions of users you invite into your workspaces. Roles (owner, admin, editor, viewer) control what each member can do.

Acceptable use

You may only upload documents you have the right to process. You must not attempt to access other tenants’ data, conduct security tests without prior coordination, overload the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

AI output — no legal advice

AI-generated analysis is informational only. It may be incomplete or inaccurate, and it does not constitute legal advice, legal services or a professional legal opinion. Qedara is not a law firm; consult a qualified lawyer before making decisions with legal consequences.

Data

Your contract content remains yours. We process it solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and the AI Processing Notice. Authorised users can use the available export and deletion controls or request support, subject to the applicable agreement and preservation obligations.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features marked as planned or experimental may change. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qedara’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
