AI supports contract analysis, questions and answers, comparisons, drafting from a description and offer review. Depending on the operation, relevant document text, your question or drafting instructions and selected contextual information are sent to the configured provider. Generated drafts and suggestions require human review and do not approve, sign or issue invoices on your behalf.
QCM sets store:false for OpenAI Responses requests. This does not by itself disable abuse-monitoring logs or establish Zero Data Retention. OpenAI API data is not used for model training by default; retention depends on the endpoint and approved account-level controls. QCM is designed for confidential contracts and the personal data necessary to review them, where your organisation is authorised to process that information. You do not need to remove relevant parties, clauses or amounts. Do not include unrelated personal data or access credentials. Special-category personal data requires an assessment of the intended use and safeguards. Qedara does not use customer contract content to train AI models.
The resulting analysis is stored in your workspace alongside the contract and follows the applicable retention and deletion process described in the Privacy Policy.
AI-generated analysis is informational only. It may be incomplete or inaccurate, and risk scores are indicative estimates, not legal opinions. It does not constitute legal advice; consult a qualified lawyer before making decisions with legal consequences.
Where a document could only be partially analyzed (for example due to size limits), the product marks the result as partial and withholds recommendations.
Do not upload documents you are not permitted to process. Use the authorised deletion controls or contact support; the Privacy Policy explains retention and preservation limits. Questions: office@qedara.com.
