Relevant text and instructions can be sent for inference. Account-level retention and transfer arrangements need separate confirmation.

Used for service communications. Signing email is enabled in the reviewed production configuration; this does not prove delivery of a particular message.

Optional providers and integrations

Customer-supplied AI credentials and enabled integrations can introduce additional recipients. Confirm the actual workspace configuration before relying on this list. Graph/Start processing must be assessed when that integration is used.

Geography and contractual evidence

EU application hosting does not establish EU-only processing for every service. Request the applicable DPA, subprocessor details and transfer safeguards. No unverified supplier certification or transfer mechanism is claimed here.
